The following changes will be available at the end of January 2025:

Training Module

Alternative e-learning access via QR code or link dispatch 

For employees who do not have an internal e-mail address for sending e-learning, the setting can be made to provide e-learning access via QR code.

 

As soon as the e-learning is released for the employees, the function for downloading the QR code or copying the access link appears:

E-learning mail dispatch can be triggered again 

If an e-learning course has already been activated and the e-mail needs to be sent again at a later date, the e-mail can be triggered again for each user.

Incidents Module

Create interim report possible before release

In draft status, an interim report can be created before the incident is released.

Customer-specific definition of which accident reports are permitted for recording

For each Safely customer, you can define by default whether both reports are permitted for accident recording, or whether only the short report or the SUVA report is permitted. This configuration must be carried out by the provider.

If only one of these reports is permitted, this selection is cancelled and the user is automatically taken to the permitted report entry. 

Settings Module - Manage Organizational Structure

Check organisation number for uniqueness

The organisation number on the organisational structure is now checked for uniqueness when it is entered. This is important preparatory work for the desired manual user and device import. 

Entrance and leaving date added

The entrance and leaving dates have been added to the list view and the Excel report.

Minor adjustments

Checklists Module

The number of possible questions per checklist has been increased. The maximum limit was previously 120 questions - 300 questions are now possible.

Maintenance module

The Excel report has been expanded to include the ‘Responsible person’ column. 

Measures

In addition to image files, other document formats (such as pdf, doc, xls) can also be attached to the measures.
