Checklist Module

Standing orders delegations visible

The checklists now show which ones were delegated by a standing order.

Auditor signature added

The signature functionality for the auditor has been added to the audit. This then also appears on the audit report.

Training Module

Interval training types can be changed without creating a new version

The interval of a training course can be adjusted without having to create a new version. This function also applies to training types that have already been entered and the interval adjustments are applied to the respective training courses.

Users Module

Transferring trainings to a new user

In case that a user is inactivated within the same organisational structure in an existing area (leaving) and is reactivated in a new area with a new personnel number (re-entry), training courses already completed by the inactivated user can be copied to the new, active user.

Important note:
This function is only available as a one-off initial transfer if no other training courses are available for the new user and you can only copy training courses from inactive users.
